Spotlight on The Reefs' Bermuda Rum Swizzle
When we ask our guests "why do you choose to vacation in Bermuda?" we get many different answers, but one of the most popular answers (and probably one of our favorites, (aside from raving remarks about The Reefs, of course) is "for the Rum Swizzle!"
We've been asked many times for this coveted recipe and we're finally ready to divulge the details right here on our blog. Enjoy responsibly!
- 1 oz. Gosling's Black Seal
- 1 oz. Gosling's Gold
- 1 oz. Gosling's Light Rum
- 2 oz. Orange juice
- 2 oz. Pineapple juice
- Splash of Grenadine
- Dash of bitters
Shake vigorously in an ice-filled shaker. Pour into a 16 oz. glass filled with ice. Top with Black Seal Rum. Garnish with wedge of orange and cherry on bamboo pick.Read other posts
