Painting of houses by the water in Bermuda by Windlow Homer

Looking to the Future at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art

One of the most important holidays on our island and across the world, Easter marks collective new beginnings. As you embark on your own new beginning, we invite you to take inspiration from the rich artistic heritage of our island at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art. Located amid the lush Bermuda Botanical Gardens for more than three decades, the MMOBA has assembled 19th, 20th, and (now) 21st-century art objects, such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, photographs, and folk art, depicting or otherwise related to our tiny island paradise. Visitors will be treated to works by well-known masters such as Albert Gleizes, Georgia O’Keeffe, Henry Moore, and Winslow Homer, as well as other local island artists practicing in both traditional and contemporary media and styles. Peruse the art, enjoy a hearty lunch at Homer’s Café, and browse the many handcrafted goods from Bermuda artisans available at the Arrowroot Gift Shop.

Located in the Bermuda Botanical Gardens, Paget Parish.
