How far is The Reefs from the Airport?
We are located 15 miles from the Airport which is approximately a 45-minute taxi ride.
Does The Reefs offer any Shuttle services to and from the airport?
Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of $60 per trip for 1-4 guests and $70 per trip for 5-7 guests. Please note that fares are subject to change.
How far is The Reefs from the city Hamilton?
We are located 3 miles from Hamilton, directly on the South Shore bus route. Tokens are available at the Front Desk. Scooter Cycle Rentals are available on property and taxis are available upon request.
Do you offer Smoking rooms?
Our rooms are non smoking, however smoking is permitted on our Terrace or Balcony.
Does The Reefs offer Babysitting?
Yes, babysitting can be arranged on request. Please allow 24 hour notice.
How far are you from the beach?
We are nestled on our own private and secluded pink sand beach.
How Far is the nearest golf course?
The nearest golf course is located at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, which is 5 minutes away by taxi.
What currency do you accept?
Although Bermuda has it’s own currency, we do accept US dollars. The Bermuda dollar is pegged to the USD$ on a 1 to 1 basis. Both currencies are equally accepted at all establishments.
What is the weather like in Bermuda?
The climate is sub-tropical. Spring, autumn and winter are mild while warmer weather is from June through October. The hottest part of the year is in July and August when temperatures hover between 75°F and 90°F Humidity, often well over 90%, is at its highest from July through mid-October.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am.
Do you allow pets at The Reefs?
Unfortunately the hotel does not allow pets on property.
