• Guest Rooms have great ocean views; privacy and location make each different. Junior and Point Suites offer more space and have been newly renovated with a fresh decor, and a small sitting area.

All rates quoted below include MAP - daily breakfast, afternoon tea and gourmet dinner. Guest Room rates and Cottage rates quoted below are U.S. Dollars per room for double occupancy (two people).

All cliffside guest room rates are quoted per room, based on double occupancy and include daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner for two people. Guest Suites feature king-sized beds, large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, sitting room with TV/VCR/DVD player and an oceanfront balcony.

Single rates, additional person and children rates are available upon request.

Daily Club Suite Rates 2009-2010

All Club Suite rates are quoted per suite and include daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Each Club suite features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, private whirlpool spa (on veranda) and unobstructed ocean views.

Please Note: Due to strong demand, limited availability and to be fair to everyone interested, each family may only vacation once at The Reefs Club.

GRATUITIES & TAXES:

Service charge: 10% of daily rate (Summer); $21.50 per person per day (Spring, Fall, Winter) December 23 - January 3 inclusive there is an additional service charge of $10.00 per day per person

Bermuda Government Tax: 7.25% of daily rate. All rates subject to change. For the festive holiday season, December 23 - January 3 inclusive, there is an additional surcharge of $10 per person per day.

Sometimes a stay will span two different rate periods (e.g. spring into summer). Whether the seasonal rates increase or decrease, The Reefs will be happy to extend the lower rate to your entire stay if the number of nights in the lower period is the majority of your stay. (For example, for a 5 night stay consisting of 3 spring nights and 2 summer nights, you would pay the lower spring rate for all 5 nights.)

ADDED VALUE: Included in the room rates are complimentary rum swizzle and in-room beverage on arrival, local daily newspaper, afternoon tea, and weekly manager's rum swizzle party.

DEPOSITS
A minimum of two-nights deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For "No Show" and cancellations within 28 days of arrival, the two-night room deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. In case of early checkouts, the two-night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the accommodation is re-sold for the full period of the booking, there will be no cancellation fee.

CHILDREN
The Reefs has always welcomed our younger guests. While the enthusiasm and excitement of children's laughter is enjoyable, as a parent we do ask you to respect other guests in the hotel who may be seeking a tranquil and relaxing vacation, especially in the evening. Please refer to our Children's Policy particularly as it pertains to Dining and Pool areas during the summer months.

SMOKING POLICY
In consideration of our guests' comfort and health, we have a totally smoke-free environment indoors. This includes all guest accommodations, the restaurants, lobby and bar.

ROOM SERVICE
There is a $4 per person charge for room service delivery.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against trip interruption and the possibility of cancellation fees.

TRAVEL PACKAGES
We do offer a number of packages which provide savings and the convenience of bundling costs along with other features such as airport transfers.
