The Reefs Declared One of the World’s Best by Travel + Leisure Magazine
Southampton, Bermuda (July 12, 2007) – Once again The Reefs has been recognized as one of the World’s Best by the readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine . In the August 2007 issue, T+L announced the results of its 12th Annual World’s Best Awards Readers’ Survey, proclaiming The Reefs as one of the finest hotels in the entire Caribbean, Bahamas and Bermuda Region for the second year in a row.
The Reefs earned the ranking of 12th on T+L’s list of Top 25 Hotels in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Bermuda, up from last year’s position at 25th. The top hotel was the Jumby Bay Resort in Antigua, followed by Ladera, in St. Lucia. The Reefs was the only Bermuda hotel to appear on the World’s Best Service list.

The Island of Bermuda was also recognized in the 2007 World’s Best issue as one of the Top 5 Islands in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Bermuda region.
The Reefs is consistently recognized by the readers of Travel + Leisure Magazine and Conde Nast Traveler and most of the major travel magazines as offering one of the regions best vacations.
T+L SURVEY METHODOLOGY Rankings are based on reader evaluations collected in its World's Best Awards survey. For hotels, scores are indexed averages of evaluations for the characteristic "service." Readers were asked to rate candidates on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 means "excellent" and 1 means "poor."
