Bailey's Dark Chocolate Tiramisu

4 oz. very thin Italian sponge finger biscuits
1/4 Cup very strong espresso - cold
1/3 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream
3/4 Cup whipped cream
Dark chocolate shavings - good quality, preferably European

Stack sponge finger biscuits on four serving plates.
Combine the espresso and Bailey's Irish Cream and drizzle over the biscuits.
Top with the whipped cream.
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Serves: 4
