When you become an owner of a two- or three-bedroom residence at The Reefs Club, you receive an actual real estate deed for your Bermuda property as well as other privileges.

Because The Reefs Club is a fractional ownership club, each owner is conveyed a 1/10th undivided, deeded interest in one of the fully furnished Club condominiums, and has flexible access to all condos within their category (i.e. two- or three-bedroom). Like other real estate, ownership may be sold, or willed to create a family legacy.

The Reefs Club affords many privileges to benefit owners, much like a private equity golf country club. 

Exchange privileges with other Clubs

Members of private country clubs enjoy access to other clubs, oftentimes far away from their own. The same flexibility is offered to owners at The Reefs Club.

As a member of the Elite Alliance Select, owners at The Reefs Club can exchange their Bermuda vacations for stays at luxury residence clubs in Deer Valley, La Quinta, Sedona, The Cayman Islands and even Italy.
